Trademark architectural integrity... this music has a rich and varied sonic palette with guitars added to the mix. Solid trip hop beats that remind me of Nils Petter Molvaer. There is feeling of expansive landscapes that let the music breathe and relax but with an overtone of bitter-sweet. Afterglow sums it up succinctly but with a little more grit in the oyster on these pieces. Boards Of Canada fans will warm to this recording.
